Accelia: Our New Process Risk and Compliance Management Division 

We are pleased to announce the creation of Accelia, our process compliance management and integrated risk management division. Accelia is the result of the merger of GIM and M3K, our two Montreal affiliates that played a major role in this sector.

As André Pouliot, DMR's President and CEO, stated, "Accelia will boost DMR's offering in two niche markets of strategic importance for businesses, process and risk management and information technology."

Accelia, with offices are located in Montreal's Square Victoria, employs some 50 multidisciplinary consultants experienced in financial disclosure, corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance and information technology (IT). Reporting to Luc Vincent, CA, Vice-President, Emerging Practices and General Manager of Accelia, these consultants form one of the best-equipped teams in the marketplace. They are currently advising many public companies with market caps of many hundreds of millions of dollars.

Stéphane Bilodeau, DMR's Senior Vice-President, Strategic Affairs, explains, "Accelia coaches businesses with the development and management of compliance processes and risks so they can satisfy the demands of shareholders, the board of directors and the audit committee.
